By accessing TerraGPU services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

TerraGPU provides GPU-as-a-Service infrastructure hosted in Australia. All customer workloads and data are processed exclusively within Australian data centres.

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use TerraGPU for:

• Cryptocurrency mining
• Illegal activities
• Malware distribution
• Network attacks

4. Billing & Payment

• Per-second billing for GPU compute
• Monthly billing for storage
• Payment due within 7 days

5. Data Sovereignty

All GPU compute and customer data remains in Australia.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes resolved in Sydney, NSW courts.
