Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use TerraGPU services for:

  • Cryptocurrency Mining: Mining Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any cryptocurrency
  • Illegal Content: Hosting, distributing, or processing illegal material
  • Malware: Creating, distributing, or hosting malicious software
  • Network Attacks: DDoS, port scanning, or penetration testing without written approval
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages
  • Phishing: Impersonating others or fraudulent activities
  • Copyright Infringement: Violating intellectual property rights
  • Harmful AI: Training models for surveillance, discrimination, or harm

2. Resource Usage

  • Do not attempt to bypass resource limits or quotas
  • Do not interfere with other customers' workloads
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure
  • Report security vulnerabilities to security@terragpu.com

3. Compliance

You must comply with:

  • Australian Privacy Act 1988
  • Australian Consumer Law
  • Export control regulations
  • Industry-specific regulations (if applicable)

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and request to cease activity
  • Temporary suspension of service
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action and reporting to authorities
